New Year’s Eve Eve
That’s what today is! I’m tired tonight so the creative juices are not flowing. I’ll just say hope you have a wonderful evening and a good day tomorrow. May God’s blessings rest on you and those you love. I’ll see you tomorrow night!
TODAY’S SMILES:
- We finished our cleaning job today in record time.
- The roast I fixed in the slow cooker for supper was some kind of fine, if I do say so myself!
- Jimmy made an issue tonight at church of pointing out that the color of his tie is peach and not pink………………….and it is most definitely PINK, not peach.
- A question posed by our class teacher tonight was, “Have you ever messed up, and did you learn anything from it?” Betsy spoke up and said yes, she had learned not to tell anybody about it!!
- It was an absolutely BEAUTIFUL, pleasant, clear-blue-sky kind of day.
- Amy had left a book on her coffee table entitled, “1000 Baby names.”

New Year’s Eve … New Year’s Day … just two more days in the week. No party. No celebration. No friends to hang out with. Maybe we’ll have all of New Year’s Day off. We need the rest.
